inI made some lamb chops today with spinach and carrots on the side and mint chutney dip.
Dessert was raspberries filled with white melted chocolate.
I bought white chocolate chips and melted it over low heat in a pot. Once it was throughly melted, I poured it into a zip lock bag and cut the corner and squeezed it into the raspberry. Afterwards I put them in the fridge for 15 mins for the chocolate to harden and it was ready to eat! Perfect mix of fresh fruit and chocolate and very easy to make!
